Single women (Ekal Mahila)

Under Ekal Mahila, we meet single women living in urban marginalised communities and map them. We converse with them and understand the challenges they face as single women in the society.

Women’s Health Program

We collect data and conduct case studies on women’s experience with government-led health services, especially their access to maternal health schemes, childbirth assistance, and reproductive health services. We map the home-based work women are engaged in, documenting the unorganised workforce.

Adolescent Girls Program

We help girls who have dropped out of school resume their schooling and introduce more girls to education. Through engaging fun activities, we create awareness about their health and rights. Along with the dedicated alumni of SRCC under their Dream Library Project, we run a vibrant women’s library.
